At Jamilla store, all our products are printed on demand and customized to each customer’s order. Because of this, we have a specific return and refund policy designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
🖼 Canvas Prints – Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns and offer refunds for canvas prints in the following cases:

You received a product that is different from what you ordered

We delivered the wrong item

The canvas was damaged during shipping
Important Notes:

Canvas prints are made to order based on each customer’s request. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size provided by the customer.

Customers must accept a 10–15% color difference between the colors displayed on their screen and the actual printed product.

Home lighting conditions may slightly alter the appearance of the artwork. Jamilla Store is not responsible for any such visual differences due to customer lighting.

Jamilla Store is not responsible for wrong sizes submitted by the customer. Please make sure to check and confirm your measurements before placing an order.

If the walls are not properly prepared or the installation instructions are not followed, Jamilla Store is not responsible for any resulting damage.
🧱 Wallpaper – Return & Refund Policy
Wallpaper products are custom-printed according to your exact dimensions and design, which makes them non-returnable. We only accept returns or refunds if:

The wallpaper is damaged during shipping

You received a design or size different from what you ordered
Please Note:

There are no exchanges or returns for any other reason, including incorrect size or design provided by the customer.

Customers must accept a 10–15% color variation between what is shown on screen and what is printed.

Home lighting can affect how the wallpaper looks once installed. Jamilla Store is not liable for such variations.

Jamilla Store is not responsible for errors caused by wall surface issues, poor installation, or failure to follow the provided guide correctly.
📦 How to Request a Return (Eligible Cases Only)
If your order qualifies for a return:

Contact us at our whatsapp within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your request is accepted, we will send you:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to return the product

We do not offer exchanges for any of our products, as each item is printed on demand and tailored to your specific measurements.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the result. If approved:

Your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
